I provide therapy to adolescents and adults (16 years and older). I have experience working with a range of presentations, including diverse sexuality and gender, relational/interpersonal difficulties, trauma, anxiety (social, generalised, panic etc), depression, low self-esteem, stress, personality disorders and ADHD (please note I do not provide ADHD assessments).

I work within a client-centered approach, that integrates a range of evidence-based therapies, to create a therapeutic environment that is genuine, non-judgmental, empathic and individually tailored to a client's presenting issues, treatment goals, motivation and expectations. In doing so, I aim to support clients to discuss, explore and integrate their experiences in meaningful ways to help them develop a better understanding and awareness of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I conduct assessments to confirm if an individual has met all eligibility and readiness for gender affirming medical interventions, as outlined by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care, Version 7, for individuals aged 18 years old and over.

I do not provide assessments to gender diverse children or adolescents (younger that 17 years old). I am happy to discuss options available for gender diverse young people, under 17 years old, in Western Australia.
